We want you to be fully satisfied with your Suunto Vertical 2 Anniversary Gift Box. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original premium packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated sports concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Anniversary Box

  Ensure the Suunto Vertical 2 watch, additional straps, and commemorative accessories are securely placed in the original anniversary gift box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
